Prices & Payment Please contact me with a brief description of your project and I will get back to you to discuss your requirements in detail and provide an initial quote at my earliest convenience. The quote will present a breakdown of all expenses including production, post-production, carriage of equipment and travel if necessary.

Booking & Cancellation policy A small nonrefundable booking fee is required at the time of scheduling the appointment and is payable via secure online link. The payment will be followed by a confirmation email. For all studio based portrait services please allow 72 hours notice to rebook an appointment. For on-site photoshoots please allow 7 days notice to rebook an appointment. If the photoshoot is canceled within time shorter than above the booking fee is being retained.

Products Or Services Provided I provide photographic, graphic and audio-visual services in digital format. Hard prints, or other printed matter could be arranged at request and additional charges.

Delivery & Payment All clients are provided with an access to an online gallery within 48 hours from the appointment. Final turnaround time depends on that volume of the material selected for post-production and is always agreed with the client up-front. Retouched images are presented to the client via online gallery or sent watermarked. Once approved the full payment for all fees due in connection with a shoot will be requested.

Image Copyright  Andrew Croft (The Troubled Photographer) retains copyright on all visual materials supplied to my clients. However, once I receive payment (in full and cleared funds), I grant the client an “all uses license” for the client to use the images for the purposes of their business.

Resupply Images/ Image changes A request to resupply any images after 30 days from the date of invoice there will be a handling fee of £20 plus £50 for any further retouching If required.

Marketing & Promotional Materials I wish to use images that it has created in its marketing and promotional materials. The client agrees that images created on its behalf can be used by Andrew Croft (The Troubled Photographer) for such purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

Law and Jurisdiction These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
